Rachel Fletcher, of Knox Upholstery and soft goods, is a professional upholsterer based in Knoxville, Tennessee. As the soul upholsterer for all University of Tennessee – Clarence Brown Theatre shows she has upholstered a variety of historical and contemporary furnishings. In addition she is responsible for many of the sets' soft goods and interior textiles ranging from bedspreads and pillows to curtains. She has also completed large theatrical stage curtains, drapes and swag jobs for theaters located in the heart of Pigeon Forge, Tennessee as well as installs for weddings and large events.

Rachel Fletcher holds her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from Millikin University, a small private university located in Decatur, Illinois. She continues to increase her education through a variety of classes at the University of Tennessee.
