I needed some “me time” in the workroom so I whipped up some cushions and a couple of pillows for my outdoor furniture. I’ll hit them with some waterproofing spray before setting them outside on an unprotected patio. S

Stripes! Soooo many stripes!
This is a project I completed a bit ago, but was only now able to make public. To be blunt, this fabric was a complete nightmare. Every width of fabric went right up the roll, no mirroring at all so I used a ton of material. Notice the stripes on the welt match the stripes everywhere else? The matching of the welt also used a bunch of extra fabric and many seams which made for longer hours. These chairs made for a tedious project, but I am (finally) happy with the outcome.
This is why it is imperative you speak with your upholsterer about your patterns. It is not common to need almost 100% more fabric than anticipated, but it can and does happen.
Customer's Own Material
These chairs were shipped over from Egypt in pieces! Hand carved frames which made matching the proportions a tad tricky on my end, but I feel like they are fit for a Queen and King.
Upholstered in Duralee Fabric. This piece was stripped bare and newly upholstered with new springs and padding.

Loose cushion sofa with skirt
The back cushions were completely replaced with new fill. Upon opening up the sofa it was quickly realized that the metal spring casing had snapped in half and had to be repaired. Springs were re-tied and a new webbing foundation placed. Fabric purchased from Mill Agent.

A dog had eaten a hole into the center of the inside back cushion, which was completely replaced.
