Returned Goods

Customer satisfaction is our goal. However, if you are unsatisfied with our products, please email us for an RMA (return merchandise authorization form). Authorization is required for all returns and must be obtained within 14 days of receipt of item. Custom made items are non-refundable. All others are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Refunds will be processed against the original form of payment. Refunds are issued upon receipt of the returned merchandise. Please allow up to two weeks for us to inspect and process your return. A copy of the original order invoice should be included with the return shipment. Please contact us to ensure that your return has been authorized before shipping. Please note that the original shipping charge is non-refundable.

We will accept a return from a customer if the wrong pattern or color was mistakenly ordered and it is over 6 yards, subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Returns Will Not Be Accepted

  • Without Proper Authorization
  • For Dye Lot Variation
  • On Special Order or Custom Merchandise
  • If Merchandise Has Been Cut Or Marked
  • On Lengths Less Than 6 Yards
  • If More Than 14 days From Invoice Date
  • Leather goods - unless wrong item shipped
  • Sheepskin - unless wrong item shipped
  • You Dislike The Item Or You Have Changed Your Mind

 

Lost or Damaged Goods

Please email us if a package or the merchandise is lost or damaged.
All packages must be inspected by the recipient upon delivery before accepted. If there is damage to the package have the carrier make a note immediately. If you receive a package that is in good condition but the merchandise is damaged, email us immediately. Save all of the packaging that came with it. At that time we will issue a claim. Knox Upholstery is NOT responsible for any loss or damage due to packages left at your doorstep by delivery drivers; however, we will file a claim for lost or damaged packages and do everything we can to rectify the problem.

The delivery person may leave packages at residential addresses without obtaining a signature. If you didn't receive your delivery, thoroughly check the area of your residence.

If you believe your package was lost during shipment, email us immediately.

Your item(s) will be shipped directly to you from the supplier.  Suppliers' stock quantity fluctuates daily and may not reflect what is available as seen on this website. If you purchase an amount that is currently unavailable we will contact you ASAP.  A refund will be issued and your order cancelled, unless we come to an agreement regarding your order (ex., you wish to continue your purchase of 6 yards of the 8 yards originally ordered). Returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Be advised that computer images do not always represent color accurately and/or your monitor settings may affect color.   Fabric samples are recommended to confirm pattern and texture - please inquire about a CFA if color/dyelot needs to be confirmed.


Products are for sale to the general public, contract purchasers, interior decorators and designers. Merchandise prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Typographic, photographic and/or descriptive errors are subject to correction. All in-stock quantities are sold on a first come first serve basis.

Ordering

We accept orders on-line and by e-mail. Please provide the item number for quicker processing.

Tax

All sales shipped out of the state of Tennessee within the United States will not be charged sales tax. Tennessee orders will be charged sales tax at the prevailing rate unless a sales tax permit is provided and verified.

Payment

We accept PayPal, or proforma (payment in advance). Checks returned for insufficient funds will be charged $50.00. All prices quoted in US$.

Backorders

We require full payment of the order for items that are out of stock and on backorder. This ensures the mill of our commitment to fulfill the order. Merchandise will be shipped as soon as possible upon availability. Please be assured that we will always do our best to give you accurate delivery dates.

Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice. All shipping and special processing charges are additional.

Delivery

The approximate shipping time on most items is 10-14 business days. Some items are special order and require additional delivery time. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories allow 2-3 additional days for delivery.

Within the contiguous United States

Most of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer; therefore, we do not control which carrier is used. Standard shipping charges are calculated at checkout. You will be contacted by email/phone if you choose an expedited shipping option. If shipping charges are not available when you check out, we will contact you by email/phone as soon as possible to give you the actual charges and shipping options before your order is processed.

Express shipping including overnight, 2nd day, etc. are not guaranteed. We will place all express orders as soon as possible after customer approves charges by email or phone; however, we cannot guarantee that the manufacturer will ship the same day. Charges for shipping method requested will be billed as indicated even if the manufacturer ships several days later.

Regular UPS/FedEx
Package size up to 84" in length not to exceed 70 pounds.

Oversized UPS/FedEx
Package size 84" to 108" in length not to exceed 150 pounds.

Truck
All other.

FORCE MAJEURE. We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or failure to deliver any or all of the products if such delay or failure is caused by lockouts or other labor disputes, production interruptions or limitations, shortages or late delivery of raw materials, natural disasters or other causes beyond our control.
